Home Illustrations
Our Home Illustrations have assisted architects in selling their proposals to clients and have been cherished family treasures. The homes can be rendered in pencil, ink or watercolor and ink on illustration board.
Our pricing depends on
- size of the illustration
- complexity of the piece
- how much of the surrounding shrubs, landscaped areas and trees, you want included
- clarity of your photos and/or architectural plans
- black and white or color
THE PROCESS
Call or email us to get an estimate. A 50% down payment is required before your project is scheduled and work can begin. After receiving your photo or architectural plan we will supply a pencil sketch for you to see and approve via via email, fax, or US mail before actual inking. Upon completion your illustration will be mailed or delivered to you promptly at which time final payment is due.Passionate and highly-creative artists, the Baggio Family possesses an inherent talent that they expanded through formal education and continue to nourish through their art instruction and travels in Italy. With more than 50 years of varied artistic experience and a deep understanding and appreciation of the masters of the art world, John, Rita and daughters bring art to graphic design and heart to their illustrations, portraits, and murals.
